First Floor, Central Part Of The House
This is the main part of the house, what you would see when you first walk in. On the first floor, to both the right and left are hallways that lead to the various Scoobie's apartments. There are also two stairways leading to the second floor and the Slayer dorms. There is a half bath(toliet and sink) under each staircase.
The door in the back between the kitchen and dining area leads out back to the training area, large back yard and pool. There is also a large garage, but it is not attached to the house.
The Gaming/Meeting Room is large enough to seat everyone who lives there comfortably while learning about the latest Big Bad, or just movie night. The door leading to the basement and Willow and Kennedy's apartment is located between the game room and dining area.
Once you go up the stairs to the second floor, again, the left and right are doorways leading to the houses' wings. In this case, the rooms there are dorm rooms for the younger Slayers, who sleep two to four to a room, depending on the number of them currently in residence
Also on this floor are two smaller general purpose game and tv rooms, as well as a guest room, an auxillary meeting room and the Armory. Access to the Armory is limited to the core Scoobies, as well as a few of the older Slayers.
On the first floor of the house, to both the right and left, are the spacious apartments of the core Scoobie gang. On the right side of the house, as you face the front of the house, you will find what were originally Giles', Xander's and Buffy's apartments.
These apartments are identical in dimensions, though furnishings are, of course, by individual tastes. Giles's apartment is first as you enter this wing from the house, with Xander's original apartment in the middle, and what was Buffy's alone on the outside wall so that invaders have to come through her to get to her family and friends. Recently, however, Buffy and Xander have moved in together, leaving the center apartment free for guests who are staying for extended periods of time.
On the left side, all the original occupants have moved out or around. When they first moved in, you would first come to Willow and Kennedy's old apartment, the one they used before the basement was renovated for them. Next was Dawn's apartment, then Faith's on the outer wall for the same reason as Buffy's is.
Unlike the three apartments on the right, only the center is the same size as the ones in the right hand wing. The outer apartment is smaller, with the extra space going into making Willow and Kennedy's old apartment bigger. This allowed Xander to arrange for a baby's room for Emilee. The outer apartment apartment is also different from the others because it doesn't have a bathtub/shower, just a moderately spacious shower stall.
Recently, Dawn and Faith have moved into the apartment vacated on this floor by Willow and Kennedy moving to the basement. Since they are expecting a baby themselves, this made sense to everyone. As two of the more experienced of the new Slayers, Rona and Vi were given the opportunity to take the remaining apartments, leaving a dorm room upstairs free. They took the offer, opting to share the center apartment instead of being seperated, as they were already used to being room mates. The final, smallest apartment was taken by one of the new Slayers, named Kristin, who helped defend Kennedy while she gave birth.
All the apartments are laid out in a loft style, with one big, open room and a bathroom attached. Most of the Scoobies enjoy the openness of their apartments, Giles being the exception. He has used bookcases to create the illusion of a separate bedroom.
The second floor of the wings provide housing for the itinerant new Slayers who come to the house for training, as well as the girls who've decided to stay in Cleveland and help the Scoobies.
Each wing can house up to 20 Slayers, with 4 girls to a room in the first 2 rooms on either side of the hallway and 2 "senior" Slayer trainees in each of the far 2 rooms. Two rooms share a bathroom, each of which has 2 toliets, 4 sinks and 2 shower stalls, for a total of 3 bathrooms per side. The 2 wings are mirror copies, identical in layout, just flipped.
