Chapter 11 | Chapter 12 | Chapter 13 | Chapter 14 | Chapter 15

Riding in Cars with...
In the living room Annie and Willow are putting the finishing touches on the spell. The witch looks at her daughter, then begins her chant. The smoke starts to rise above the map but it quickly fades. Annie looks at her mother unsure, "What happened?"

"She's blocking the magic," says the redhead.

"Then the spell won't work? What now-wait and hope Mama can find her?"

"There is something else we could try-"

"I'm in-anything to help," says the teenager.

"Go get your brother, I'll get the other things we'll need." They go in two different directions.

Aly walks toward the car at the entrance of the park. Sarah steps out as she sees her approach. Without a word they hug each other tightly. Pulling back Aly speaks, "It's not safe out here-we need to go."

"Go-okay, where?"

"For now, the car's good," says the young Slayer her senses on hyper mode. She leads the girl into the car. Once inside Sarah locks the doors. Aly looks into her eyes and the tears start again. "Shhh-it's okay we'll figure this out."

"He's gonna be so pissed," says the blonde. "I don't know what I was thinking taking off."

"Yeah I wasn't sure about that either-what happened?"

"He lost it-ranting about me losing any chance at a scholarship. He said no good school would take a chance on me not after getting suspended." Her words stop as she tries to control the tears. "He said it was all your fault."

"He's right-I kissed you," admits Aly.

"Maybe but I kissed you back. We were excited about the A- seems like years ago now. He doesn't even know."

Aly brushes a strand of blonde hair behind Sarah's ear, then touches her cheek- Sarah leans into the young Slayer's hand. "We-I'm not sure what to do. I mean we shouldn't be out here."

"I can't go home-not-I can't not see you." She kisses her lips softly. As she pulls out of the kiss she repeats her words, "I can't Aly."

"I don't want that either-" she moves closer and their lips meet again. A kiss that started out as comfort begins to escalate without either person realizing it. Lips begin to open and close against lips-the pace seems rushed, then unsure, as Aly pulls away. She tries to steady her breathing as she leans her forehead against Sarah's. "That's not helping the thinking."

"Maybe she should just not think," says Sarah. Aly pulls back so she can see her girlfriend's eyes.

"Not thinking now would be bad-it would sort of make them right," says Aly. "Let's just drive and talk okay?"

"Okay-" says the blonde, "You're right." She puts the key in the ignition and tries to start the car. It grinds and coughs but doesn't start. She looks at the girl beside her and almost smiles. "Would you believe we're out of gas?"

Aly does smile, "Mama was right about no cars she said you'd try something like this."

"She did did she?"

"Oh-yeah." Her mood changes as she realizes that they have no way home or anywhere else. "Your cell phone still work?"

"Dead-" is Sarah's one word response.

We might be too thinks Aly.

Annie, Alex and Willow are sitting in a circle in the floor, candles burn all around them. Annie nervously looks up at her mother. "Maybe Alex should-his magic is stronger than mine-"

"But you have a great connection-with us boosting your power you should be able to break through."

"Okay-if you're sure."

"You can do it-just stay focused," advises the witch. "Look for landmarks-maybe try to talk to her." Annie nods and they begin the ritual.

Aly and Sarah are sitting in the car the young Slayer's 'spidey' senses have her on edge. "We can't wait here-we need to find a gas station or a convenient store."

"Is something wrong?"

"You mean other than we sneaked out after dark and are out of gas?-"

"Right, other than that-"

"Nah-" she half smiles. "Just stay close." She gets out of the car and looks around. She goes to Sarah's door and the blonde now stands beside her. The young Slayer checks all directions again and takes Sarah's hand. "This way-come on." They walk out of the park-the sign reads 'Grant Park'

Annie still physically in the circle seems to be traveling-her face is blank as her body falls to the floor. Alex looks at his mom a little worried he sees she seems calm so his concern disappears.

In her mind, Annie feels as though she is floating. The scenery around her flies by unfocused. As things slow down she gets a clearer picture. Sarah's car comes into view-she smiles relieved until she sees the vampires surrounding it. Relief comes again as she can tell it is empty. Trying to keep her fears at bay she searches the area for her sister and something to tell her where the car is located. 'Aly-' she whispers in her mind- like a swirl of wind the word travels and Annie with it. She sees the sign to the park and is hurled back into her body.

On the circle her eyes fly open and meet her mom's- her breathing is rushed and her body trembles, sweat beading over it. "The park-the car is at the park on Grant. They weren't in it-but I don't think they were too far away."

"That's good-"

"No-" she shakes her head trying to stand. "We have to find them-vampires they were everywhere." As she stands she loses her balance, weak from the spell.

Willow grabs her and sits her back down, "Rest-the spell drained you-I'll get Mama there. You did so good-" she presses a kiss to her temple.

Annie cries, "She has to find her before-"

"She will-" says the redhead.

Before Willow can focus to 'talk' with Kennedy Alex is making contact. 'Mama-the park on Grant-hurry.' He opens his eyes. "She's on her way," says the boy.

Aly and Sarah are walking hand-in-hand out of the park. "It's a nice night," says Sarah trying to lighten the mood. "Pretty stars-"

"Yeah-" says Aly as she looks up at the sky. The stars were beautiful and the full moon helped light their way. "I could watch them for hours, some times do-from the balcony, it's kind of a hobby." She smiles up at them.

As they continue to walk Aly's smile fades- "Ah-damn-" she looks in every direction suddenly worried.

"What's wrong?" Aly looks toward the cemetery gate. The sign says Grant cemetery. Sarah follows her gaze. "Cemeteries freak you out too?"

"No-just-let's go." She grabs Sarah's are and they pick up their pace. The blonde looks confused and then scared.

At the car Kennedy looks around the vampires have left which means they are probably on the scent of the occupants. "Damn-" Kennedy starts to run toward the cemetery.

A few feet past the gate Aly stops in her tracks as she senses the vampires. "Damn-" says the girl her hand tightening on Sarah's arm.

"You're scaring me-" says the blonde.

Two men step from the shadows, "That's my job-" says the one closest to her.

Aly moves Sarah behind her as the second one speaks, "Look Joe-isn't it sweet how she's trying to protect her?" He smirks.

"I'm gonna say this once and then we're gonna just leave okay?- You don't wanna do this-"

"Why's that?" asks the first. "It's time for my morning snack." He vamps out and Sarah screams.

Aly looks at her- "Vampires, they're real I'll explain later-" she turns her attention back to the two morphed demons and tries to keep them in front of her. "See now I gotta kick your ass-cause I can't let you scare my girl like that." She front kicks the closest vamp across the sidewalk and he lands against the gate. Sarah and the second vampire both look at the girl surprised. As the fight continues Aly seems to have the upper hand.

Meanwhile Kennedy has run into her own trouble, she is fighting her own group of about four vamps. "I don't have time for this-" she says as she dusts the first vamp and continues to fight.

Aly dusts the second vamp as the first comes at her again. She sidesteps him and then lunges at him as he goes past staking him quickly. As he blows in the wind she turns to Sarah. "You okay?"

The blonde nods, "What just happened?"

"I'll explain but not now-we need to get some place not here-it's like vamp central." With those words said she looks around to see they are surrounded by six or more vampires.

"Don't think you're going anywhere for now-" says the tall, dark vamp as the circle gets smaller.

Vampires
"Six-" she counts again. She looks at Sarah then back at the vamps who keep getting closer. 'I can do six' she thinks to herself followed by a quick rethink- 'No way I can dust six.' She searches for a place they can run to but finds none. Her eyes meet the blondes- "Close your eyes."

"What?" asks the girl scared.

"Just-do you trust me?" the girl nods.

"Awe isn't that sweet?" says the tall, dark vamp.

"Close your eyes," Aly repeats as she brushes a kiss against her cheek. Sarah closes her eyes, her fingers laced with Aly's. She lets go of her hand and steps away from the blonde. Pointing her palm toward the girl she whispers, "Protect" and a barrier forms around Sarah. Aly steps toward the tall, dark vampire and their eyes meet. "You wanna do this?" He bows his head and then steps toward her. They exchange blows but neither gets the upper hand.

As the fight continues Aly is drained by both the barrier and the vampire. Another joins the fray and she is knocked to the ground her mouth bloodied. She gets to her feet-looks at the two vamps and concentrates on her hand. Out of nowhere a cross bow appears and she dusts the shorter one. The bow leveled at the others she backs toward the barrier-lowers it and then focuses to restore it with her on the inside. She leans against Sarah and the blonde opens her eyes. She sees that Aly is injured and that they are inside some type of force field. She touches Aly's face with one hand as she wraps her other arm around her. The girl looks up at her, "Don't know how long I can hold it-" says the young Slayer, her words weak. She reloads the cross bow and points it at the leader. As the arrow penetrates the barrier he turns to dust. A very weak Aly hands it to the blonde after reloading it. "Sorry-"

"Shhh-no, it's okay. Rest-"

The young Slayer's eyes close and the barrier flashes as Aly continues to weaken. Sensing the disturbance, she opens her eyes. Without thinking about the effects to herself she speaks, her voice but a whisper. "Incendious-" the vamps turn to flames and disintegrate before their eyes. Aly's eyes close and her limp body falls to the ground, Sarah isn't strong enough to hold her.

The barrier now gone Sarah kneels beside her. She brushes Aly's hair from around her face and notices that the young Slayer's nose is bleeding. She gathers her in her arms, "How much more trouble can I get in?" She closes her eyes and whispers. "Safety." They young couple disappears.

Kennedy runs around the corner and sees fire still burning in the grass. She sees piles of dust and then the crossbow-picking it up she surveys the area for the girls. After a grid search she still finds nothing. 'Willow can you hear me?'

'Did you find her?'

'I'm close behind, she dusted a group of vamps on Grant-looks like she used a lot of magic-'

'She can't have much left then-they can't be too far away.'

'I thought that-but I've searched a square mile nothing.'

'Maybe she's using a glamour to keep them safe-'

'Using a glamour-th-that thing that made you Warren? She can do that?'

'Has been able to for a few years now.'

'And why didn't I know this?'

'The whole me turning into Warren thing-it still freaks you out so-' her words stop.

'Right-any way to trace it?'

'Not from here-but the locater spell might work now. Start into town and-'

'Call Buffy and Faith-'

Realizing what those words mean she begins to panic, 'Kennedy-please-'

'I'll find her-just get them here.' She walks toward the street but in the shadows of the gate more vampires appear. One by one they circle the Slayer. She senses their presence and shakes her head. "You know, I'm starting to really hate this place." They step toward her and she fires three arrows dusting those closest. As she starts to reload she sees only two arrows, "This is so not good," she says out load.

"Well we want it to be good for you Slayer-" he smirks.

'Willow-I could use some help here-' arrows appear in her empty hand. 'Thanks sweetie-I owe you.'

'I like it when you owe me,' says the redhead a hint of seduction in her voice. 'Plan to collect when this is over.'

'Count on it,' says the Slayer.

She loads and fires as quickly as she can. three more vamps fall, then two more. However, they advance too quickly and the bow is of no use. She punches the one to her left and then front kicks the one on her right. Both stagger but still move to her. She flips over him and stakes him from behind. As one grabs her she head butts him and breaks free. She retreats a little which pisses her off more. From nowhere Faith and Buffy appear with cross bows at the ready. "Damn-that just isn't right," says Faith.

"She's gotta work on the landing," says Buffy.

"Could use less talk and more with the dusting here," says Kennedy as she fights three vamps.

"So what do you think B?'

"I think if we don't help Willow will kick our asses."

"Good point," says she talks she hit one of the vampires attacking Kennedy with an arrow and he dusts.

Kennedy coughs on the ashes as Buffy hits the other two the rest run away. "Can you die from too much exposure to vamp dust?" asks the youngest Slayer.

"Nah-" says the blonde as she dusts her off.

"Let's find the kids and get home before more of them show up," says Faith. "I got plans for tonight." She smiles.

"I hear you," agrees Kennedy.

"Geez with the hungry and horny haven't you out grown that yet?" asks the blonde.

"God I hope not," says Faith with a smile.

"Never," smirks Kennedy. "Willow said that she'd try a locater spell-"

"Can't you just 'talk' to her?"

"Haven't tried." She takes a deep breath and closes her eyes, 'Aly can you hear me?'

Aly's eyes fly open and she sits up too fast. The room begins to spin, "Mama?"

"Shhhh-we're safe, lie back down."

Aly tries to focus she can tell they are no longer outside but she can't figure out where they are or how they got there. She lays down filling nauseous- "Where are we?"

"Safe-a cave."

"How?"

"Rest we'll talk later," says the blonde.

"Okay-" agrees Aly as her eyes close. Sarah lays beside her and her arms encircle her. "Feels good." She snuggles into her.

At the house Willow and Annie along with Alex are finishing the locater spell. This time it works and the area on the map shows a line of trees and hills just west of town. "That's forty miles away it can't be right," says the witch.

"It could be if they teleported," informs Alex.

"She can't teleport-or maybe she can, but not after an energy drain like she would have had," says Willow.

Annie is looking more closely at the area on the map- "Mom, ah-you should look at this." She moves the map closer to the redhead.

Willow looks at the map and fear covers her face. Alex looks closer too.- "Damn-" looking at her kids apologetically, "Sorry-I have to go-get in touch with the others tell them to meet me there."

"You can't go there alone-" says Alex.

"She won't be-I'm going too." She goes to the weapons chest and gets two swords. Then across the room to a wall safe and opens it taking out a hand gun.

"You don't know how to use that-" says Willow looking nervously at the gun.

"Yes I do-" admits the teenager.

"After I told her not- we'll finish this conversation later." They leave the room.

Alex takes a deep breath to focus his energy- 'Mama'

'Something wrong Alex?'

'They are going to the wolf hills-the locater spell tracked them there-'

'It's a full moon Alex tell me they didn't.'

'Mom said to meet them there.'

The Slayers run toward the nearest car and Faith starts to hot wire it- "What?" She looks at them- "You got a better idea?" They are silent. "Exactly- we'll bring it back." The car starts and they pile inside then drive away.

In the caves Sarah's eyes fly open as she hears noises in the darkness of the cave. She hears it again and sits up. "Aly- wake up." The young Slayer is motionless- "Come on-" she shakes her gently. She starts to stir but doesn't open her eyes. Sarah stands and pulls the girl to her feet. Aly's eyes open, "We gotta go-"

"Why-what's-" her words stop as she hears the howling sound and her face goes pale. "Run-" They start to the entrance of the cave only to be cut off -

Vampires, Werewolves, and...
The creatures howl again as both girls freeze in their tracks- "Are those-" Sarah starts and then stops.

"Werewolves-I-oh yeah," says the weak young Slayer, her legs still a little wobbly.

"Vampires and werewolves are real-?" she says, her voice uncertain, as they back up slowly. She has her arm around Aly trying to keep her standing.

"Yeah-" admits the girl.

"And what you did back there-"

Aly interrupts thinking she wants an explanation, "Was magic."

"That I understand," says Sarah. Now Aly is the one who looks unsure. "Magic, witchcraft I know about that."

"How?" asks the young Slayer.

Sarah looks around at the creatures facing them and decides now might not be the best time for their conversation. "Not to like be all avoidy but-running now talking later-K?"

"R-right-" stammers Aly as they turn and run towards the back of the cave. They realize too late it wasn't the brightest plan, sort of like the girl running up the stairs in all the horror movies-dumb! They stop running as the cave ends- "Now what?"

"That force field thing was pretty cool against the vampires," conveys the teenager.

"I'll try-" Aly closes her eyes and focuses her energy to her hands. The field encircles them however it isn't as strong as before. As the first werewolf bounces off it, it sparks and part of it falters for a brief second. "I can't hold it for long-" she looks at the blonde.

"Let me help-" Sarah takes her hand, fingers lacing-she focuses her energy too and instantly the barrier is stronger.

Aly looks into her eyes, "You're a-"

"Watch it-get that first letter right," she smiles.

Aly smiles and bites her bottom lip, "You're a witch too," the blonde nods at her words. "That's how we got here?"

"I teleported us to safety-well in theory, but not so much in practice. These guys ever gonna give up?" she asks as they keep bouncing off the barrier.

"Don't really know-haven't studied them much."

"What have you studied?"

"Alyson-" she looks toward the voice to see her mother and sister running toward them.

"Mom-watch out."

Willow sees the werewolves and begins to chant-one by one they are thrown against the cave wall and chains appear, then restrain them. The witch looks toward the teenagers- "That will hold them till we can get out of here." They let the barrier fall and Sarah still holds to the young Slayer. As Willow gets closer she notices the nosebleed, "Alyson?"

The girl touches her nose, "I'm okay-"

The redhead begins to worry immediately, "No more magic for awhile."

"No arguing for me-my head really hurts," admits the teenager. "Can you tell Mama to wait until tomorrow before she yells?"

"Right," smirks Annie, "Like that'll happen. You are so grounded-by the time you get to leave the house again Kristen and Kara will be old enough to date."

"Thanks-you're suppose to be on my side, you're my sister."

"Be serious, you know the rule-" informs her twin.

"Yeah-yeah-when one of us does something stupid the other one reminds them so it doesn't happen again."

"Well in case you're wondering-this qualifies as stupid with a capital S-"

"You're right about that," chimes in Kennedy as she, Buffy and Faith run over to them. "But we'll talk later. Let's get out of here before their friends show up." They all move toward the front of the cave. Aly is still weak; Sarah has an arm around her which keeps them a little behind. Kennedy slows to check on them. "Doing okay pint size?"

"Drained-" admits the young Slayer.

"Saw your handy work with the fire-pretty good thinking in a fight."

Aly smiles, "Thanks-"

"But it doesn't mean you're not grounded."

"I get that-"

"Good-want me to carry you?"

"Mama-" whines the teenager as she looks from her mama to Sarah then back again.

"Right sorry-too old." The woman smiles. They continue to walk just a few feet from the car vampires appear.

You hear Faith's amazed voice, "You gotta be kiddin' me."

"Unfortunately-I think no," advises Willow.

They are quickly surrounded, "Willow get the kids in the car."

"Kids?" Annie isn't happy- "I'm not a kid-I'm a Slayer." Her eyes meet her mama's.

"So you want grounded too?" asks Kennedy.

"No but-" before she can protest anymore the vamps attack.

As they fight Faith lands a punch knocking one to the ground- "Hey I fought your sorry ass already!-" She stakes him and grabs the next. "B-these guys followed us."

"Persistent-" she replies as she stakes one of her own.

Willow hits two with a fireball and a few run away. Annie stakes one and smiles looking toward her mama, "Call me a kid," she mutters.

Sarah is holding onto Aly, the young Slayer is still not at full strength. The blonde moves her toward the car. "What are you doing?"

"Getting you to the car-"

"I'm okay-"

"No you're not. No more fighting for you today missy," informs the teenager as she presses a kiss to her lips. She smiles as she pulls back, "She told us to get in the car-right?"

Aly slowly smiles, "She did so we can't get in trouble-"

"Nope-the fight could take awhile and we could-"

"Car-now," Aly is now trying to pull her. The blonde giggles as they go that direction. When they reach the car Aly sees a vampire beside it. "Arrrgh-" growls the girl. "Enough-" she kicks it in the face and pulls her stake. As she plunges it into his heart she speaks, "You're interrupting our alone time-" as he turns to ash she grabs Sarah's hand and they get in the backseat of the car. The door closes and the teenagers giggle.

The others continue to fight, vamps are dusted and toasted until only three remain. The Slayers look at each other and then at Annie- "So Miss- 'I'm not a kid', why don't you take care of them for us old folks?"

Willow looks at her Slayer as if she's lost her mind- "Kennedy-"

"It's time to see what she can do-" she moves to her witch and puts an arm around her.

"Damn straight-" smiles the teenager.

"Hey-language," admonishes her mother.

"Sorry-"

"Can we fight now?" asks the vamp- "Or are we just gonna have a discussion panel?"

Annie rolls forward stands and then stakes him, "I'm ready-" pipes the young Slayer as she rolls her shoulders getting set to go again. Kennedy can't help but smile. Willow scowls at her.

Faith laughs quietly as she turns to Buffy, "She's not getting any tonight Red's pissed."

Buffy nods and looks a little sad, "Sucks for her all hungry and-"

"See I knew it-"

"What-"

"I knew you were just like the rest of us-"

"Fine I admit it-"

"Finally!"

Back in the car the girls are kisses softly. Sarah's fingers caress the young Slayer's cheek. As she breaks the kiss she looks into the girl's eyes. "Aly-promise me something-"

"Okay,"-her hand goes to the blonde's neck.

"Promise if my dad-"

"Shhhh-Mom will talk to him after the groundings are over we'll be okay. Promise."

Sarah presses her lips to Aly's and as they open and close together the blonde tentatively brushes the tip of her tongue against her girlfriend's bottom lip. She does it again as she hears a soft moan. The kiss slowly escalates as she becomes more confident and Aly joins in. Tongues touch gently at first then Sarah moves into Aly's mouth. This time the blonde moans, her hands moving to the girl's sides and sliding under the edge of her shirt to touch bare skin. Needing air the young witch pulls away. She struggles to slow her breathing as she leans her forehead against Sarah's. Sarah's hands don't stop, they continue to tantalize. Aly leans in and they kiss again, tongues duel playfully as Aly takes the lead this time more sure. Soon her hands have found bare skin of their own to tease but, they jump apart startled as they hear and feel something bounce off the car. Looking out the window they see Annie lying on the hood. They stare unsure then the howls begin-

A Witch in Love...
Faith and Buffy are the closest to the girl and together they pull the last vamp off the teenager. Willow and Kennedy are instantly at their side- Willow glares first at her Slayer and then the vampire, as she holds up a stakes she whispers, her voice icy, "Nobody messes with my kid-"

Again, "I'm not a kid-" Annie gets off the car and grabs the guy's shirt- "He's mine Mom."

Willow's eyes meet hers, "Fine-" she hands the girl her stake.

"Thanks-let him go." She looks at Faith and Buffy.

Faith and Buffy look at Willow, she nods to them and they release the vamp. He tries to run, but she hits him in the face then dusts him before he can get past her. Even Willow is impressed by her moves.

Their excited chatter is cut short when they see and hear the werewolves again. "Hate breakin' up the party early but we should-" she points to the car. As they all pile in and she starts the engine two werewolves jump onto the car. One is on the hood where Annie had been just a few minutes before while the other is on the roof. "Shit!" shouts the once dark Slayer as she drives, trying to shake them from the car.

Finally with some fancy driving the werewolves are lying in the dust of the road. Everyone in the car breaths a sigh of relief and begins to relax. That's when Kennedy and Willow realize that the teenager's with whom they share the backseat are a little flushed. Willow looks down at their hands and back to their eyes. Knowing that they have been caught in their first tentative make out session they both blush. Hesitantly and with a slight stutter Aly speaks, "W-would you belief it if I said it was the double H's-" she looks to her mama.

Kennedy's eyes meet the green of her witch and they both nod. She then turns to the teenagers, "Believe it -yeah- let you use it for an excuse?"

Willow finishes, "No-" the girls slowly move their hands to their own laps. "We'll just add it to the growing list of things we need to talk about."

"Great," Aly replies disgustedly.

You hear Annie giggle from the front seat followed by Kennedy's stern voice, "Annie-"

"Sorry Mama-" she is instantly quiet. Willow slides her hand into her Slayer's and the brunette whispers, "So you're not mad about-"

"I'm not happy but I'm not mad-" is Willow's soft answer. "We'll talk about it after-" she let's the sentence just hang and the Slayer smiles.

"After?" Willow nods as she bites her bottom lip. Kennedy can't stop the smile that crosses her face.

"Promised I collect-can't break a promise."

"Definitely not-bad example for the kids. They lean in and kiss softly but it begins to escalate.

They break apart when they hear Buffy clear her throat. Then Faith questions them, "And this is a good example how?"

Both the witch and the Slayer blush, but Kennedy quickly answers with a smirk, "How married couples make up."

"Mama was that make up or make out?" Aly's smirk matches her mama's. Those in the front seat laugh-those in the back don't dare.

Kennedy's eyes meet her oldest daughter's- "Think you're in enough trouble don't you?"

The teenager's smirk vanishes only to reappear as she hears Sarah's words in her head, 'Classic-I didn't know adults blushed.' They smile at each other as they hold hands. Aly's head rests on Sarah's shoulder as she closes her eyes.

When they get home Willow calls Sarah's father. He is relieved that the girls have been found but angry at his daughter. He agrees to meet and talk with them. While they wait for him to arrive Aly and Annie head to opposite bathrooms for showers and Sarah plays with the younger kids. Willow and Kennedy slip into their room unnoticed. As the door closes Kennedy's lips find Willow's in a hard kiss- "Slow baby-"

"No time for slow Sarah's dad-slow later K?" asks the Slayer as she kisses the witch again. Willow answers by pinning Kennedy to the door and massaging her breasts with her soft hands. "Aweee-" moans the Slayer as their lips meet again. As the kiss deepens the witch slides her leg between Kennedy's and presses her knee to the Slayer's center. This causes a louder moan and as they break the kiss her panting voice begs as she begins to rock against the added friction, "Need you now baby-please." The witch's hands move to the zipper on her pants.

Annie walks into her bedroom to find her sister asleep. She walks to the bed and sits down beside her. She quietly watches her sleep. She looks up when she senses someone at the door and smiles when she sees Sarah. "How'd you escape?"

"Your parents put them to bed. She's already asleep-" she smiles as she walks in and sits on the bed with them. Sarah brushes her Slayer's hair behind her ear.

"She's drained-" says Annie a little concern evident in her voice. "Too much magic."

"Yeah but it kept us alive. You two, you're really close right?"

"Most of the time-why?"

"Keep an eye on her for me-don't let her take chances."

"She can be stubborn but I'll do my best. What do you think will happen?"

"My dad was upset-"

"Maybe he's calmed down?"

"Maybe but I doubt it-" her eyes fall back to her girl. "I'm gonna miss her." She fights tears.

"You'll see her at school-"

"That's something-"

Annie hesitates but finally asks, "Sarah-do you love her?"

"Love her?-Oh yeah."

Kennedy sticks her head in the door, "Sarah your dad's here." She stands and wipes her eyes.

Annie stands too and hugs the girl, "It'll work out."

"Tell her for me?"

"No-you tell her when this is fixed."

Sarah nods and goes out the door. Kennedy looks at her daughter, "What was all that?"

"Nothing just-she's worried about Aly." Kennedy turns to go but stops when she hears Annie, "Mama-" she faces the young Slayer. "Don't be too hard on them."

"Good night."

"Night Mama-" she walks across the room and hugs the woman.

Kennedy kisses her on the temple, "Sleep don't worry-we'll do what's right."

In the living room an angry Mr. Gray is standing in front of his daughter. Willow and Kennedy are standing behind her. "What you did tonight-"

"Was-was wrong I get that. I just-when you said I couldn't see her anymore I-" her words stop as she fights to control tears.

"I was upset-it's not everyday my kid gets suspended from school."

"I know but no one would let us explain-I got an A on my Trig test when I showed her she-we weren't thinking and we kissed-"

"You got an A on your Trig test?" His train of thought switches. She nods-and sort of smiles. "Wow-"

Willow asks, "One kiss?" The girl again nods. "Why did he make it sound like-" her words stop.

"Like you were making out?" finishes her father.

"I don't know-"

Willow looks at the man and then the girl, "Sarah would you check on Aly for me?"

She looks at her dad, "It's okay-" he says quietly. She stands and goes out of the room. "That puts things in a different light."

"Sure does," says Kennedy. "Now what?"

"We ground them for thirty days," says the redhead.

"Thirty?" questions Kennedy. "For one kiss?"

"For one kiss and then sneaking out-thirty sounds fair," agrees Mr. Gray.

"So-school, home, and no phone or computer?" suggests Willow.

"School, home, one twenty minute phone call a day," counters Kennedy.

"Sounds fair-what about the tutoring?" asks Mr. Gray.

"She got an A-but if she still wants help, I'll tutor her till the punishment's over."

"Let's talk to them-" says Sarah's dad.

"Oh-one more thing," Willow interjects- "Before they took the test they were talking about celebrating if she got an A-"

"Actually going out-alone that's what you mean?" Kennedy asks unsure.

"Yeah- to dinner what do you think?"

"Fourteen is too young-" she sees the disappointment in the redhead's face. "But as long as they understand it's a one time thing cause of the test-okay?"

"Okay?" Willow smiles then looks at Mr. Gray-he nods.

Kennedy adds, "But one of us drives them and picks them up-no cars."

"I'll drive," volunteers the man.

"Let's tell them." three adults go up the stairs.

Hours later Willow and Kennedy are in bed. They are tangled in the sheets as the witch rests her head on her Slayer's bare stomach. Both are trying to calm their breathing-their bodies wet with perspiration. "We did the right thing didn't we?" she asks the brunette.

Sliding her hand across the redhead's bare shoulder then kissing it, "Pretty sure-it's hard but maybe it's time-"

"Time?" Willow turns over to face her Slayer her pale skin covering dark. "Time?"

"Time to let them grow up make their own mistakes," she wraps her arms around her witch.

Willow kisses her lips softly, "Maybe," she agrees as she pulls back. "But don't want to think about that right now-"

"What do you want to think about?"

"Don't want to think-" says the redhead her lips pressing soft kisses against Kennedy's already heated skin. She trails a path down her lover's neck.

"I can fix that-" she rolls them over and begins the same path with her lips and tongue. Willow moans softly as shivers surge through her body- "Slow like I promised." She continues to kiss and caress her body.

Good Dreams/Bad Dreams
Ellie is tossing and mumbling in her sleep. The little girl begins to whimper- across from her in the other bed her twin sleeps peacefully. In Ellie mind she sees flashes, but the images are fragmented. She hears voices; one male and one female their words are as clear as crystal.

The male, "What did you learn?"

The female, "She is strong-stronger than they believed she would be."

"In the end it won't matter-the power will only prove to be her downfall."

The voices stop as the images slow, as they do pieces become more focused. She sees a weapon-an axe with a stake then hears a cry for help. She sits up in bed wide awake-the little girl's breathing is heavy, she is clutching her stuffed horse tightly in her arms. Her tears begin to fall as she looks around the room and walks to her sister's bed. "Erin?" she whispers but the girl still sleeps. "Erin-" she implores a little louder, but again there is silence. Deciding she isn't going to wake up she leaves the room with her horse in her hand.

In Aly and Annie's room the girls both sleep. The door starts to slowly open and Ellie walks in. The little girl stands between the beds as if she's trying to decide whom she should wake up. Finally, she turns to Aly, but instead of waking her she simply crawls in bed and cuddles under the covers next to her.

The next morning Aly begins to wake-still a little disoriented she senses someone beside her. She smiles, "Sarah-" she mumbles.

The teenager is dragged back to reality when she hears her sister's voice- "Sarah?-You wanna explain that?" she asks with a smirk.

Aly's eyes fly open and she sees Ellie. She looks up and sees the smirk on Annie's face. "No-and how'd she-why is she here?"

"I'd say bad dream-but you don't get to change the subject."

"Fine-I was having a dream okay?" Annie blushes slightly as her eyes grow wide. "No!" exclaims Aly, "Not that kind of dream-we were on our date."

"Date-I still can't get my head around that fact. They're letting you go out," her words sound both confused and unsure.

"I know-weird, but I'm not asking why. Nope-just going." She looks at her little sister who is starting to stretch and wake up. Ellie smiles at her oldest sister as her eyes finally open. "Morning-bad dream?"

The small brunette nods, "And Mommy's door was closed." Annie and Aly smile at each other knowingly. "Are you mad?"

"No," assures Aly, "why didn't you wake me up-we could have talked." The girl shrugs, "Do you wanna talk about it now?"

"I couldn't see anything at first-everything was all scrambly, then there were voices," conveys the child.

Annie stops going through her closet and sits down on the bed next to them. 'Slayer dreams?' her mind whispers to Aly.

'Sounds like,' comes her silent reply.

"Tell us about the voices. Do you remember what they said?" quizzes Annie.

"A lot of things but I can't-too many to remember," admits the child, "but there were two. One was a boy and one was a girl."

Aly deduces, "You said you couldn't see anything at first, does that mean you could later?"

"It was an axe like thingy-it was weird and it had a-"

Interrupting the young Slayer Aly adds, "A pointy stake on the end?"

"How'd you know?"

"She's a really good guesser," says Annie. "Why don't you go get dressed for school?"

"You don't want to miss breakfast," says Aly. She hugs the little girl who yawns as she crawls out of bed and walks away. Aly looks at Annie- "We need to talk to Mama and Mom-before she leaves her school."

"Definitely," agrees Annie.

In the kitchen Willow, Kennedy, Annie, and Aly are sitting at the table. Kennedy is the first to respond to the news, "Slayer dreams-at least she's not four." Her eyes meet the concerned green of her redhead. "We'll talk to her after school."

Willow nods and hesitates before she replies, "I hate this-" tears threaten to fall.

"I know-" Kennedy pulls her into a hug. "She'll learn to deal with them."

Annie adds, "We did okay."

"You did," she breaks the hug and looks at her teenagers, "but I didn't want you to have to either."

"It's a Slayer's life Mom;" Aly's eyes meet her mom's. "We're cool with it."

The conversation ends as the rest of the family run down the stairs and into the room.

As they eat breakfast all the kids are chattering-Erin, Kara, and Kristen are talking excitedly to Annie about their field trip while Ellie eats quietly. Alex can tell there is something wrong with his little sister. "Ellie are you okay?"

"I'm tired-I had a bad dream."

"Are you still going to school?" he asks.

"I guess-" she eats a little more.

Willow watches her child-her blue eyes seem to have lost some of their sparkle. She looks up at her mommy. The woman forces a smile and the child smiles back. "Come here-" she says and Ellie gets up and walks over to her. Willow holds out her arms and the little brunette crawls onto her lap and into her arms. "Wanna crawl back in bed?"

"I'd miss school-I've never missed school," her voice sounds worried.

"And you still wouldn't you'd just miss the field trip a-and I can take you to the museum tomorrow."

Understanding Willow's concern Kennedy adds, "You could hang out here with Aly and me."

"Okay," agrees the little Slayer with a smile. The redhead lets out a relieved breath that she didn't know she was holding as she kisses the child on the top of the head.

Later the kids have left and Willow is tucking Ellie into Aly's bed. She kisses her daughter and looks at her seriously, "I can stay with you if you want?"

"I'll be okay with Mama and Aly-you don't have to stay."

"If need me call- promise?"

"I promise-" says the little Slayer.

"Only good dreams," says her mom as she kisses her again. Aly walks into the room.

"You still here? Go-we'll be okay." She crawls in bed beside her sister.

Willow kisses her too, "Fine-I'm leaving." She stands and goes out the door. She sticks her head back inside-

"Mom-" they whine in unison and roll their eyes. The redhead giggles and leaves.

"Want me to read you a story?"

"Can I pick the book?"

"Sure-" as Aly speaks Ellie pulls a big book from under the cover. "What's that?"

"Demon text-"

"I'm not reading that to you, I'm in enough trouble."

"Fine-" she puts it back under the cover and pulls out her copy of Swiss Family Robinson.

Aly smiles and begins to read with Ellie tucked under the covers and against her chest.

Thirty minutes later that's how Kennedy finds them. They are snuggled together and the open book is lying beside the sleeping girls. She smiles at her children and fixes their covers, kisses them and leaves quietly.

Kennedy is in the training room going through a workout when Aly walks in. She smiles up at her daughter, "Finally decide to wake up?"

"I didn't mean to fall asleep, I was reading to Ellie- I never liked The Swiss Family Robinson-"

"You want to train with me?"

"Maybe later-I'm still kind of feeling blucky from last night. I thought maybe we could research the cemetery."

"You're thinking so many vamps are a little weird too?"

"Yeah-and with Ellie's dream-" she lets the sentence fade.

"They're getting ready for some big time bad." The girl nods. "Grab your laptop and meet me in the study in twenty?"

"On it-" says the teenaged Slayer as she jogs up the stairs.

The Slayers spend the rest of the morning researching without much luck. Ellie walks in as they are taking a break. Kennedy smiles up at her from the text- "Have a good nap?"

"No bad dreams," reports the child. "What are you doing?"

"Research-" supplies Aly.

Ellie sits in the chair beside her mama, "Can I help?"

Kennedy smiles, "Sure," she hands the little Slayer a large text, "We're looking for things about the cemetery on Grant."

She opens the book and begins to read. Aly smiles as she watches her sister, then turns back to her computer.

Kennedy begins to read again as well. A few minutes later she stops and rereads a passage. Her mind begins to race as she processes the information. Could it be connected to Ellie's dream and the increasing number of vampires in the cemetery.

Aly speaks; "the Grayson family started the cemetery some four hundred years ago. The family was shunned by the community, not allowed to bury their dead in any of the established cemeteries." She looks up at her mama-

"Find out what you can about them-I want to know where they are if there are still members alive-here-or anywhere."

"Some thing not right?" Kennedy looks at Ellie then to her oldest.

"Maybe we should take a break-get some lunch anyone hungry?"

Ellie looks up at them, "Yea! Food-"

"Get your jacket-" the little girl runs out of the room.

"What didn't you want to talk about in front Ellie?"

"It could be nothing-let's eat." She stands and so does Aly though somewhat reluctantly. As Kennedy puts her arms around her daughter she looks a little sad. She realizes the girl is taller than she is. The fact that she is growing up hits her in the face.

Ellie runs into the room, "I'm ready."

The words pull Kennedy from her thoughts, "Let's go." They walk toward the door. As they leave, on the table the pages of the book Ellie had been reading turn unassisted- the picture shows a demon. The next indicates it is called a Garnok-

Lunch turns into a trip to the park as well. From their seats on a park bench Kennedy and Aly watch Ellie play on the swings.

Kennedy looks at her daughter, "So-what time are Sarah and her dad picking you up?" Kennedy looks a little uncomfortable.

Aly is a bit uneasy too-"Seven-they're picking me up at seven." They are silent- "Are you really okay with this?"

"Dinner the two of you-mostly-" again silence. "Aly we need to talk about-about the making out."

"I figured it might come up-" their eyes meet.

"How long has it been going on?"

"Well-ah-last night," confesses the teenager.

"Is she pressuring-"

Aly interrupts her mama, "No," she pauses trying to think of the best way to say what she needs her mama to know. "No, she's kinda letting me-" she stops then starts again as she tries to stop the blushing that she knows will cover her face with her next words, "It w-was my idea." She looks down. Kennedy touches her daughter's chin and lifts her face so they are eye to eye again.

"I want-just know you can talk to me-tell me anything."

"Anything?" Kennedy nods. "And you won't freak?"

"I might-but I don't think so. Which I have to admit is kinda weird."

"So if I wanted to ask you about making-"

Before she can finish the question Ellie runs over to them and jumps onto Kennedy's lap. "Mama can we get ice cream?"

"That's a good question too-" smiles Aly as she rolls her eyes.

"Ice cream sure-" she stands up with Ellie in her arms. "We'll get to that other question before dinner-promise."

"Thanks-" says Aly as she stands. They all walk toward the exit.

By the time they get home Willow and the other kids are back as well. "What's with all the books?" asks the redhead as she hugs and then kisses Kennedy.

"We were researching the cemetery-we just kind of left everything out so we could get lunch."

Willow checks her watch, "Late lunch?"

"Long lunch-we went to the park and then had ice cream."

"Did you find out anything?"

"Not a lot-but a name did pop up-" she avoids Willow's eyes.

"Kennedy?"

"There may be a connection with the Ancient-"

"The Ancient-he's after them again?"

"We don't know for sure-could just be a coincidence."

"No-it's never just a coincidence ever. We should get answers now-"

"Hey-" she pulls the witch closer and kisses her forehead, "Listen, okay we'll research be a Slayer and a witch after Aly leaves-till then let's just be worried parents cause our little girl is having her first date?"

Looking into her Slayer's eyes she nods, "K-first date. That's definitely a different kind of scary."

Kennedy kisses her lips softly. "Yep-it is."

"Did you talk about-"

"Some-but then Ellie-I didn't think she should be there-"

"Right about that. Where is she now?"

"Aly or Ellie?"

"Either-both?"

"Ellie went to find out about the field trip and Aly was going to see if Annie remembered her homework."

Upstairs in Annie and Aly's room, Annie is showing her sister the work she missed. Aly marks a few pages with post-its and closes the book. "Thanks-do you think later this weekend you can go over your notes with me?"

"Sure-but right now no more school talk lets get you ready for your date."

"I have no idea what I'm gonna wear-"

"Is the restaurant dressy?"

"She just says it's a surprise."

"So dressy but not too dressy-" she goes to the closet and begins to pull out things.

Aly just stares, "You know you're putting all that back right?" Annie continues to pile clothes into stacks on the bed.

An hour before Aly is to leave Willow knocks on the door- "Hey," says the teen as she looks up.

"How are you doing?"

"Still can't decide what to wear," she looks toward the three outfits still on the bed. All the others are on the floor.

"Thought Annie was helping?"

"She was-I think she got mad-cause I wouldn't make up my mind."

Willow walks inside, "I like the green one-it brings out your eyes."

Aly smiles, "The green one-" her mom nods. Aly holds the blouse up in front of her at the mirror. "It really does-cool. Thanks-" she smiles.

"You're welcome-" Willow starts to walk away.

"Where are you going?"

"I'll let you get ready-it's almost six."

"Mom?"

"Something not right?"

"Just nervous I guess-"

"It's normal-first date jitters."

"They're like bats-my tummy's all grumbly."

Willow presses a soft kiss to her daughter's forehead. "You'll be fine-just relax and be you."

"I'll try."

This time as she turns to leave Kennedy is in the doorway. Willow kisses her, "I'll see you down stairs." The redhead leaves.

"Want to finish our talk?" asks her mama.

"I think-yeah." Kennedy sits on the bed and so does the young Slayer. "Mama how do you know when it's okay to-"

"To have sex? Not for a really long time-years from now."

"No-no sex-I mean not what I was gonna ask."

"Oh-sorry." Her eyes meet Aly's.

Aly tries again, "When it's okay to do more then just kiss?"

"Ah-by kissing you mean-"

"Last night the kiss was different-" Aly stops- "not bad different just-"

"Not the same-different?"

"Right," admits Aly. "It was wow-her tongue-" Aly stops, deciding that comment bordered on too much information. Kennedy smiles and so does Aly shyly. "Was it okay to-"

"Did it make you uncomfortable?"

"No-not really."

"Then it was probably okay- remember you decide if you're ready."

"I am-I mean- just- I wasn't sure if I did it right. I hate that-what if I'm not good at-" Kennedy is smiling again though she is trying not to. "Why are you smiling?"

"Aly is Sarah complaining?"

"No-"

"Then you're doing something right."

Now Aly smiles, "Hadn't thought of it that way." Again there is silence. "So are you saying as long as I'm comfortable it's okay?"

"Usually-yeah, take your time."

"I get that-we're not in any hurry to-you know."

"Good-"

"But when we are I could talk to you first?"

Kennedy's mind flashes from the day Aly was born, the first time she held her, to her first steps, her first words, her first day of school-to her first tentative kiss in the garden- as her mind returns to the present she nods, "Yeah-I'd hope you would-never missed any of your firsts." Kennedy fights to keep tears from her eyes.

Aly doesn't even try she just lets them fall as she hugs her mama, "I love you Mama," she whispers.

Kennedy wraps her in her arms and the tears stream down her face, "I love Aly-" she takes a deep breath and composes herself. She holds the girl away from her and looks into her eyes, "You better get ready, you don't want to be late."

"Right-" Kennedy turns and goes out the door. Aly wipes her face and stares into the mirror. She turns when she hears her twin.

"So-have you made up your mind?"

"Yeah-the green one." She picks up the blouse, "You still gonna help me with my hair?"

"Yeah-" says Annie with a smile.

Downstairs Kennedy is wrapped in Willow's arms. "Is it too late to change my mind?"

"Sorry sweetie-just a little." She smiles as she brushes a soft kiss against Kennedy's temple. Before Kennedy can protest further the doorbell rings. "That's Sarah."

"Maybe she'll go away if we don't answer it?"

"Do you really want her to go away?"

"Yes-no-" Kennedy pouts. "Fine I'll answer it." However before Kennedy gets there Kara and Kristen rush in and open it.

"Hi, Sarah you want to play a game?"

Sarah smiles at the girls, "Not tonight-is Aly here?"

Willow smiles, "She should be about ready-I'll get her." She goes toward the stairs.

Sarah looks at Kennedy suddenly uncomfortable alone with the Slayer, the little girls have disappeared. "Hi-" the blonde offers softly.

"Hi-where are you going?"

"Can you keep a secret?"

"If I have to-"

In Aly's room the teenager is standing at the same mirror as the door opens she sees her mom, "She's here."

"I'm not ready," says Aly as Annie fastens a necklace for her.

"You are-" insists her sister.

Willow speaks, "Annie why don't you tell Sarah she'll be right down?" Annie leaves.

"You look great-"

"Thanks-but I think I'm gonna be sick-" she pales a bit.

"No-sweetie just breathe-relax and breath. Look at me Alyson." She faces her mom- "You can do this-you fight vampires."

"I got sick the first time I did that too-"

The mom can't help but smile-though she is able to fight it away. "I was nervous too the first time I went out-"

"Really?"

"Really-Buffy pushed me out of her room and down the stairs-do I need to call her?" She smiles.

"No- but could you tell me about your first date?"

"She's here waiting-but I promise I'll tell you when you get home. We can compare notes. Okay?"

"I guess-"

"Good-" she puts a hand on Aly's back and steers her to the door.

Sarah is standing at the bottom of the stairs. When she sees Aly she smiles- "Wow-" she whispers more to herself then anything. She walks to the girl and takes her hand, "You look great-" she takes her hand.

"You too-"

"Ready?"

"Little nervous-" she bites her bottom lip.

"Me too-" confesses Sarah.

"Why, you're been on dates before?-"

"But not with you-" supplies the blonde and Aly smiles.

Across the room Willow and Kennedy watch, but neither can hear the words. Finally the girls join them. Sarah speaks, "Thanks-"

"Just be back on time."

"Eleven sharp," says Aly.

"Eleven," confirms the redhead. "Have fun."

"We will Mom," assures Aly and they go out the door.

Later at the restaurant the girls are eating in silence. They both still seem nervous as they exchange glances. Finally Sarah speaks, "This is crazy you know that right?"

"Yeah-we eat together everyday and we're never quiet."

"So what's changed?"

"It's the 'D' word," confesses Aly. "It makes me all blucky-"

"But it shouldn't-it shouldn't change anything."

"Maybe but it does-it just weird," says Aly.

"Weird how?" wonders Sarah afraid things aren't gonna work for them.

"Just-I -it's me okay I don't know how to act on a date."

"You don't have to act-just be you."

"I can do that-" assures the young Slayer.

"Then we're cool?"

"Yeah-how did you spend your day?"

Sarah smiles, "Homework mostly-then Dad and I talked. I got the think before you act speech-you get a lecture too?"

"Not really a lecture but Mama and I talked about last night-she wanted to be sure that-she thought you were pressuring me-"

"Am I," her voice shows concern.

"No-no we're good-" they both smile and join hands on the table.

At the house Willow and Kennedy have decided that maybe the research would take their minds off Aly and Sarah. Willow is reading a text and Kennedy is taking notes from another. Annie walks in- "Need help?"

"Sure pull up a chair and grab a book," says her mom.

The girl sits down and picks up and open book- "Garnok-what's this?" The picture shows a demon with red and black skin-its hands are claws and its mouth has rows of yellow teeth- "Creepy-"

Willow takes the book and begins to read- "Garnok-he-it runs the realm of Garnoce- he's old-nearly as old as the Ancient-"

"I guy that tried to take Aly and me when we were little?"

"The same," says Kennedy.

"Usually works in an alliance with others to increase his strength-"

"Like an over abundance of vampires?" suggests Kennedy. She moves to read over her witch's shoulder. "Grayson-that name is showing up too many times too- Aly was gonna cross reference to find out if any of the Graysons in the cemetery have relatives still in town but we went to lunch-"

"That's a good idea-" says the witch. "Annie-see what else you can find out about Garnok-"

"I think I should sweep the cemetery-"

"Not by yourself-"

"I'll call Buffy and Faith-" she goes to the phone.

Willow begins to type then waits not too patiently for the information to be processed and sent back to her. As it is returned she begins to read- she turns pale and stands- "Kennedy- Kennedy!"

The Slayer runs into the room- "Will-?"

"Where's Aly-where did they go?"

"Dinner-ah on Riverside-Deangelo's- what's wrong?"

"Grayson-" she turns the screen so the Slayer can read it.

"Damn!-Damn!-"

"What's wrong?"

"Annie call Buffy and Faith tell them to meet us there find out everything you can about Garnok-how do we kill it-" says the witch.

She watches as Kennedy comes back from the weapons safe she hands the witch the scythe, she has a crossbow and an axe. "Get us there Red."

With those words they disappear. Annie picks up the phone and dials Buffy as she reads the computer screen- "Grayson changed to Gray-" she stops- "Buffy-"

At the restaurant the teenagers are talking quietly as Sarah leans in to kiss Aly screams fill the room as vampires attack, at least ten surround their table in seconds- Aly looks at the leader- "Kinda having a moment here, you mind?" He hits her in the face- "Guess that's a yes-" she looks at Sarah, "Remember where we were-" the blonde nods as she watches Aly dust the vamp closest to her. Unfortunately more filter into the room. "This could be bad-"

"Really bad," agrees Sarah.

Aly sees a black and red demon enter as the vamps move to allow him center stage, "Been upgraded from really bad to-" her words stop as she can't seem to catch her breath-

"Silence child-" roars Garnok.

Aly struggles to breath.
